LTT Event: Adult educators received a professional training in Spain for 5 days from January 28 to February 3, 2023.
Participants: Four trainers from Silivri Municipality and two trainers from SYGD participated in the training of trainers hosted by AGACA.
The duration of the course program was 5 days in total.
Training contents: All trainers developed their digital skills, learned online training methods and mastered the use of applications used in this field. Prepared for the effective transfer of agricultural cooperative education to adult learners. Through adult education methods, trainers were developed in areas where support to adult learners is needed. The trainers were able to apply their previous knowledge in the field of agricultural cooperatives.
